May 19, 2010 Reviewer: karin in Illinois I'm a type II diabetic and have been looking for a good multi vitamin (preferably 1 pill) for a while now. I'm really impressed with vitamin and mineral content, the % amounts, and I also like the fact that there's Chromium/ Alpha Lipoic Acid/Vandium. I was a little nauseous for the first 2 weeks (though not uncommon when starting a new supplement) and wasn't sure about the product-especially since there's a strong smell and somewhat strong taste.
