The one treat he missed was milk shakes, until we tried the Big Train mixes. They are superb and allow him to once again experience a treat very close to the real thing. By finely blending ice, adding a quarter cup of cream, a quarter cup of sugar free davinci flavoring, a quarter cup of calorie countdown dairy beverage and a quarter cup of water, and the latte mix, and reblending, he can have any flavor of ice cream soda he wants without effecting his blood sugar.
