It really helps you have a lot of energy for at least 5 hours. It does make you feel hyped up and full of energy which I don't mind and when I take it first thing in the morning before exercising it helps you have a great BM (which for a lot of women it's a good thing). As for loosing weight I haven't noticed much but my diet has not been the best either lately, at first it did suppress my appetite but not as much now. I have been taking it for 3 months and I keep reordering because I really do like the energy I have all day w/no jitters.
