| If you are considering buying this, make sure you take it correctly. I got this creatine, and loaded up with 20 grams a day for 5 days. But then, daily I was taking about 7 1/2 grams a day when I should've been taking 2 1/2. And the basic amount suggested to start at is 5 grams a day but I thought a little extra would be ok. It wasn't, this stuff is no joke. I passed out in my bathroom one morning then I had severe heart palputations for damn near 2 days and almost went to the hospital over it. FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDED DOSE PLEASE!!! I don't want anyone out there to get hurt in a similar situation. Besides that tho, this creatine worked GREAT, super results, so I would definitely recommend it, just don't underestimate it. |

| Indeed, this Creatine is very pure&potent. After my 4th day of "loading" it triggered me to lift heavier. I added 30lbs to my squat right off the top. I hit legs hard last night and I am hardly sore at all. Pretty amazing! This stuff will bring out the animal in all of us while lifting. And the price is super inexpensive for a boat load of it. Furthermore, I have never bought a supplement from O.N. that didn't do as stated. Many many thanks Optimum Nutrition for not wasting my valuable time and money.
