| I like this product and use it to make low-carb white chocolate frosting for a blondies recipe. Have ordered it twice and no problem with white balls on top or an off taste. I store it at room temp indefinitely in my pantry. It does come solid. Simply chip away what you need with a knife and melt in a glass measuring cup in the micro. |

| This is wonderful for making chocolate products (such as fudge, bark, frosting, etc.) that remain solid at room temperature. I have never had a problem with off-taste or smell. About to order more. |

| This stuff is hard as a rock. To use it it must be melted each time. I wish I had read the description more thoroughly. I am using it to coat my hair before swimming in a chlorinated pool under a swim cap to prevent pool head and damage. It works well for that but it's a pain to melt each time before I go out. They also have a product mixed with oil that is spreadable that you don't have to melt to use like I do. I will order that once I'm finished with my 3 containers. It does make you smell like a bar of chocolate which is good. |

| I purchased this item in December to make chocolate low carb candy. I did not get to use it until January and tried using it today. There are little wax balls in the container that do not melt. There is a funny taste that reminds me of old chocolate. I would not use this as a food product. |
