    This tasted a bit too "eggy" to me. If I were to prepare it again (unlikely), I would omit one egg and/or add almond extract to the batter.

    This cake had so much Splenda in it, it was bitter! Especially the cinnamon topping (cinnamon swirl version).

    The texture was vastly improved by adding 8 oz of cream cheese; without it, it got stale too fast and very unappealing.
