| I really like HiLo cereals, but they are not my favorite low carb choice. While they are tasty, you better eat it the minute you add your liquid because they will be soggy before you can get finished eating it. I also feel the need to top it with some sort of fruit(usually strawberries) in order to feel full. This cereal is a nice way to change up my routine, but it is definitely not my first choice. |

| I liked the vanilla,really good mixed with the flax granola. I found the maple a little weird tasting. |

| I was happy to find this product. It is low-carb and high fiber and the half cup serving is relatively low in calories as well. I have it with soy milk or almond milk. I will continue to buy it and use it, but I would like it better if the maple taste were a little more subtle and the product were a bit less sweet. The "maple-ness" is so strong that it is hard to taste the other ingredients. However, it is a good product and a welcome one, especially as a snack food when a sweet is being craved. I would eat it more often, but it does contain soy and when combined with soy milk might raise some concerns (until further studies on soy refute it all perhaps?) Still, it is good product and a good price and I do recommend it. |
