Great product--low in calories, carbs and very nutritional--I use in cooking as a substitute for milk--also good just to drink.

I have had the unsweetened vanilla flavor. Don't expect it to taste like milk exactly, but it does have a smooth, lite milky flavor that is very pleasant. I drink it straight or pour it over low carb cereal and it's very tasty. I haven't tried it for baking, but it may work as a good sub for milk in some recipes.

I use this in my protein shakes because it adds little in the way of carbs or fat. I don't enjoy it plain, because it tastes like nut juice (gee, I wonder why? lol!),but it makes my shakes taste creamier than just using water.

Have tried all flavors. If you are allergic to milk, this makes a passable substitute. This has a thinner consistency than milk and doesn't whiten coffee a great deal. Taste is good. You may want to add your own sweetener to the chocolate. Good substitute if you cannot have milk or soy.
