| Pros:
I love this stuff. One of the best diet pills I've ever taken. Lost 8 pounds in a two weeks and still losing. Curbs my appetite. Makes me feel wide awake without the jitters. Gives you a feeling of euphoria. Of course I have been taking 3 pills at a time, I've got a high tolerance. I've tried a lot of products and for me this is the one that works.
Cons:
Drink a lot of water or it burns going down hence the name Hot Rox. Didn't realize how much it effected my mood and energy until I stopped taking them. Two days after I stopped taking them, major crash, couldn't even get out of bed so tired and in a bad mood. In my opinion pros out way cons, just hope I don't develop a dependency on these. Besides that, great product. Ordering another bottle today!!! |

| I think it's great! It really really kills my appetite and hunger; to the point where I really don't even feel like eating. Makes me feel energetic without jitters but then again, I've been on stimulants for many years. One problem with the appetite suppression: I find it hard to go through my workouts as the lack of eating denies me fuel for strenuous activity. I thus take other fat burners when I need to lift weights. Doesn't interfere with my cardio though. |

| This stuff is ok. I guess for others it works great for losing weight, but not for me even though I exercise 5-6'x's a week. However, this stuff gives me massive sustained energy, great concentration (at school, work, and in the gym), and no gitters at all. Plus you can actually feel your body begin to warm up while you lift....its so great. |

| HOT-ROX Extreme causes itchy/sore spots to appear on my stomach. The original HOT-ROX is fine for me. Don't assume that Extreme means better. It may just be some allergic reaction to some ingredient, but I am sure that this product was the direct cause (I tested it many times in isolation). In addition to the spots mentioned above a number of cherry red dots about 1-2 mm in size also showed up on my chest and stomach. These marks don't itch but they appear to be permanent. I have never had a product produce such side-effects before. |
