    I just used this to make ice cream, and it was more the texture of ice milk. It wasn't creamy at all, so I would probably use heavy cream to make ice cream. Since it was vanilla ice cream I could taste the almond flavor in it too..it was kinda tan colored. I'm sure this would work fine in coffee, but anything else calling for cream would not be good.
