| I've been weightlifting for over 40 years and Milk and Egg protein powder, in my opinion, is still the BEST biological source for extra protein. I'm just not sold on Whey protein powders. What I like best about Universal Chocolate Milk and Egg protein powder is that the chocolate taste is not overpowering like some of the other protein powders that I have tried. Believe me, I've tried just about every other protein powder out there in over 40 years. I mix two (2) scoops of the chocolate powder with 2-3 cups of skim milk, two (2) whole raw eggs and add 1/4 cup of 1/2 and 1/2 in a blender. The 1/2 and 1/2 adds just that small amount of fat that really makes for a nice, smooth blend. This mixture gives me between 60-70 grams of high biological protein. I just don't think that there is anything better out there in the marketplace. Plus, the cost at Netrition for the Universal Milk and Egg protein is, by far, the best price on the Internet! |

| This product doesn't taste very good... I was a little disappointed at that, but it makes up for the fact that it has a good profile, it can go down easier with extra stevia or a banana but I'm just warning you, plain water won't do it for you......clumps up a little in the shaker too, but other than that, good product....hopefully chocolate will taste better... |
