However ez sweetz works excellently as a sweetener -theyre handy and a little does the work without bitter aftertastes- it is a big down for me that they contain sodium benzoate-a carcinogenic chemical-. And its percentage in final product is not explained on product label. As i said ez sweetz really is the best sweetener ive ever tried by taste and easy usage but i dont think i will ever purchase it again until they remove it(sodium benzoate) or substitute with a healthy natural anti bacterial food preservative.

Since ez-sweetz changed it packaging, they have also changed their product. It has less sweetening effect. I have been very disappointed. Previously, I would have given ez-sweetz a 5
