    Great for baking by itself or adding with the Almond flour. I usually mix both for added textures in breads and brownies.

    This is so easy to use. If you are new to gluten-free products, this should be the first flour to try. Then start adding in the other textures.

    Bob's is one of the BEST I have ever tried.

    A look at the ingredients tells the story--far too 'beany' in flavor and texture. Leaves a displeasing bean aftertaste, and anything made with it becomes a mealy bean mess in your mouth. I tried this hoping it would be a higher-protein / lower carb sub for other gluten-free flours & mixes. Never again.
