* I tried all of the flavors except for the Citrus Blast and liked all the flavors except for the White Crispy Crunch. The PB and Almond Caramel Crunch are both delicious but have significantly more calories than the other flavors and the same amount of protein. For the calories, I would recommend the Cookies n Cream and the two Oatmeal flavors.
* Cookies and Cream > all. Great nutrient profile, great taste. For a little higher carb, Granola Oatmeal. Oatmeal is delicious too. They're all basically like candy bars, seriously. I like to cool mine and eat the layers individually if I'm sitting down for a snack, or just eat them if I'm on the go. Freakin awesome... props to 2:1/AAE for pulling off the perfect bar.
However, the Citrus Blast flavor is terrible. I thought it sounded like a bad idea so I ordered one, and boy is it ever. Citrus blast, tastes more like Citrus... well you get the idea. The only bad one in the group. Enjoy all the others though!
* OK, I know that any protein bar should be the last thing that any serious bodybuilder or workout person should look to eat on a regular basis, but........ ALL of the 2:1 Protein Bar flavors are AMAZING. THEY ALL TASTE AMAZING!! I would definitely buy a flavor that seems to be to your liking and I promise that you will love how they taste. I use these "fairly healthy" bars as my cheat meals or treats every once in a while. They all taste like you are eating something sugary and high fat. Not a bad flavor in the group.
