| Oh myyy what a great tasting convenient shot of protein. Especially semi frozen or cold from the fridge. It's easily digestible also, which is a real plus. Banana and Key lime are my favz, made me smile. |

| This has been a life saver for me. I work sometime 8hrs with no real break...I get to run to the bathroom if I'm lucky...so I squirt this down for food on the way to the restroom! Best money I ever spent!! Key lime is the best. |

| This gel is incredible! It tastes great and is super convenient to carry with you any where. I use it while biking and at the gym and it always helps me to recover quickly. I love how the carbs are very low so you can combine it with your favorite carb gel for a complete in work out meal. |

| Excellent taste, quick shot of protein. Good on the go. Best cold, but not required. So far I have tried key lime, banana cream and cinnamon bun. All Good. |
