Berry Lemonade mixes well, tastes good, gives a pump and won't jack you up for 6 hrs like say SuperPump 250. Two scoops 30 min before workout gets me a two-hour heavy lifts workout!!The Citrus Blast the same except the mixing (it has some small chunks maybe the orange skin)

L-Glutamine has been a tough sell for me, until some of the manufacturers actually started making a REAL MICRONIZED version.
This is the stuff, mixes about the best of all of them, and the added MSM is perfect for those of us who lift heavy.
A scoop or two in every PW shake will be unnoticeable tastewise, but definitely helps with recovery.
Like most of their products, IDS hits the bullseye with this one.
Good product, takes away the muscle soreness quickly. Doesn't really have much of a taste. Mix with flavored drink and you don't even know it's in there.
This product works great. I have been using this product for years off and on; mainly during tours to Iraq. Glutamine is essential in the recovery of sore muscles along with simple stretching to get the lactic acid out of the muscle and out to the blood stream. IDS just offers the best price for the most amount. Now the taste leaves much to be desired; but I mix it with something sweet to mask the taste. The bottom line is that you wont be afraid to go big for fear of being sore with this in your diet; it's like a hangover cure for sore muscles.
Wow, this is a great product! The Belgian Chocolate has a wonderful flavor and mixes easily. I mix it with water for a shake or also with cold coffee for a iced coffee.. Great product. Will try the Vanilla Cream next.

Not too bad. Got the Belg Chocolate, and taste was acceptable, mixed very nicely in water in a shaker. Left minimal residue in cup. Seemed to be a quality protein to me! Definitely purchasing again.

Using this product as a protein supplement to my 82 year old father's daily nutrition intake has helped in the healing of a very severe bed sore that he had. When he came home from rehab with this sore I immediately started him on the IDS Liquid Protein Bullets. As a nurse I knew protein would help his healing. His home health nurse has been amazed too at his rate of healing. The bullets have been a great, easy way for him to get in extra protein that he would never be able to consume otherwise. The proof is in the healing!

3.1 oz and 42 g of protein, all with the taste of Jolly Rancher Grape. Come on, what else do you need. Perfect for a preworkout or post workout slam.

Great product. Convenient and easy to use, can also mix in a little water if the taste is too strong all at once. Wonderful idea to balance carb and fat intake.
In reference to my 1 Star review on the fruit punch flavor. The company was so nice to me. They sent me the Watermelon flavor & it"s delicious! They sent me a sample & I couldn't believe the difference. I really love the convenience.

I have been taking IDS Smart Gainer twice a day for about 4 months. I burn a lot of calories due to my active lifestyle and I could not imagine my daily food intake without it. I recommend the great tasting chocolate caramel. I always take one scoop before my workout, after my workout and twice during the day. It helps to sustain lean muscle and caloric intake.

I switched to Smart Gainer to save a few bucks over NLarge2, but shake smells weird (stings nose) and has a bad aftertaste (stomach acid/bile.) I've made 3 shakes from the bucket, and I'm throwing the remainder in the trash. Going back to Nlarge2.

I use during my workout with juice or size-on for a carb and uptake of pre-workout supplements. Waximaize can be mixed with protein, creatine, NO, vitamins and etc. Don't use any sugar products with waximaize any your pumps and veins will increase. Can also be used for post-workout!!
