These bars are a good meal replacement with enough calories to get me through 2 - 3 hours at the gym with no shaky, blood sugar drop feeling. Nice dry texture and not real sweet like some of the candy bars.

I've tried a lot of protein bars and Chef Jay's is by far the best. They have a great texture and taste with no chemical after-taste. Since they don't have a chocolate coating they hold up remarkably well in a back pack, ski jacket, or pocket. I've taken these all over the world and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Tri-O-Plex bars.

These bars are awesome. High protein content and taste pretty good. I've tried Very Berry, Caramel Apple, Cinnamon Raisin, S'mores, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Blueberry Muffin, which is no longer carried. An extra plus for me being allergic to nut products is that they are one of the few brands that makes bars without some combination of peanuts, walnuts, peanut butter, etc. Highly recommended.

Chef Jay's Tri-O-Plex Bars are delicious, contain quality non-gelatin based protein and ingredients (e.g., whole grain rolled oats), and have relatively low levels of sugar. As an added bonus, they don't melt or freeze when I bring them with me on hikes or ski trips. I have been eating CJ's bars on a daily basis for many years, while sampling other bars. I have yet to find a better bar.

As a golfer, these are the best to put in my bag and nibble on throughout a round of golf. They are not covered in chocolate candy and therefore are not messy to eat. I highly recommend this product for golfers of any level of play.

These are excellent.. my favorite Chef Jay product. The other flavors are so-so, this one totally rocks. Other bonus about it? It doesn't melt if you keep it in the car on a hot day.. just gets better because it's chewy.

They are a little high in fat & sugar and would be nice if there was some fiber to help hold you over until the next meal (9 g protein is not enough usually to keep me feeling satiated), but man they are GOOD!!

While most of these cookies are a little higher in fat, the oatmeal raisin have a good nutritional profile. And they are delicious (not quite like a regular oatmeal raisin cookie, they have their own flavor which I find delicious). I also enjoy the caramel apple and peanut butter chocolate chip varieties. Try these...you won't be disappointed.

WOW,I just got my delivery of Tri-O-Plex Lite Bite Oatmeal Raisin cookies....AMAZING!! So soft and delicious! I can't believe they contain such decent ingredients too! These are going to be a favorite afternoon snack. Can't wait to try the other flavors!

These cookies are soft, flavorful and just plain wonderful. I have had the oatmeal raisin and the peanut butter chocolate chip. Both flavors are great.I'm ordering the double chocolate chip this time.If you are a WLS patient don't try to eat both cookies at the same time, they will sit very heavy in your pouch.Instant tummy ache.I did it.OUCH ! Great little snack to carry in your purse on the run.

I was so annoyed when the original changed formulas (more calories, less fiber and, oh yeah, the taste was no improvement). So I was pretty happy when the Duo bars came out. I have tried all three flavors and, other than the PB&J, they are all fantastic. The bursting PB is the first bar I have actually bought by the box...more than once!!

While not to be confused as a health food, it is a fabulous way to reward yourself with a meal that satisfies a junk food craving while simultaneously delivering a respectable dose of protein. Light years ahead of anything you'll find at your grocer in terms of nutritional impact!

These brownies are just simply outstanding . I cant believe how great they taste and how much protein they have. Nice tip: they taste great if you microwave them for around 10 seconds. The price is right also here at netrition. They're cheaper here then direct from chef jay himself.. thanks.

Yikes, these brownies are scary good, and I say scary because like most Chef J products, they aren't exactly low carb, and they are very high calorie for their size. Very chocolatey, moist, rich, dense, no funny aftertaste. All too easy to eat more than one. If you have self control, order a box and appreciate the fact they are fairly high in protein as well. If, like me, one can easily turn into two or three, watch out. These things are deadly. They easily surpass every other Chef J experience I've had (and I still love the cookies, and loved the bars in their original recipe).
