I love this product! I freeze leftover coffee in an ice cube tray then use the cubes to replace the ice called for. It tastes just like a coffee "blast" we used to get at Baskin Robbins - only LC. Highly recommended!!

One of the hardest things about going low carb was giving up my daily Starbucks frappacinos. Big Train gave mocha drinks (and vanilla and caramel ones) back to me in such a way that I don't think I could go back to the Starbucks. It actually tastes better than the full carb coffee drinks I used to have. Thanks Big Train & Netrition!

My husband is a diabetic. He takes no meds, but adheres strictly to diet and exercise. The one treat he missed was milk shakes, until we tried the Big Train mixes. They are superb and allow him to once again experience a treat very close to the real thing. By finely blending ice, adding a quarter cup of cream, a quarter cup of sugar free davinci flavoring, a quarter cup of calorie countdown dairy beverage and a quarter cup of water, and the latte mix, and reblending, he can have any flavor of ice cream soda he wants without effecting his blood sugar. Netrition is the best low carb site anywhere!

When I started Atkins, one thing that worried me was my love of Starbucks. Being used to daily Frappucinos and Macchiatos, I didn't know if I would be able to stick with any diet that didn't allow those. The Big Train Caramel Latte mix, amazingly, provided me not with a substitution for Frappucinos, but a REPLACEMENT. The flavor is, in my opinion, BETTER. and at less than $1 per 16 oz. drink, the price can't be beat

I LOVE this! I would go to a local coffee shop a few years back and order this! Before I found it on here, I paid $4.50 PER drink! So did not have them often! This is a great cool refreshing drink~ Does not make you think you are having anything diet! Not being deprived on flavor and taste here! Texture is wonderful! No one would ever know its sugar free! unless you tell them!!! I highly recommend this to all!

These brownies are wonderful; not overly sweet but chewy and satisfying. A must to have in the pantry for when a "chocolate attack" occurs!

Big Train makes a lot of great products. I have teenage girls & when we all crave something chocolate, these brownies definitely do the trick! They are great substitutes for the Duncan Heinz that we used to get.

Excellent! I absolutely LOVE these. Will be buying lots more. So easy to make - just and egg and stick of butter. HOWEVER I melted a block of Philly Cream Cheese with 2 packets of Splenda and mixed in the top layer of the brownie mix before putting in the oven. I baked for 15 minutes.

OMG!!!!!!!!!! This is the best product I've found for a "brownie fix" since going low carb. Even my husband loved them & he's not on the low carb train! Easy to make, a great value for the money compared to the Dixie Diner version (which, by the way, is awful), yummy taste, excellent brownie texture. I would proudly serve these to anyone. My highest recommendation.

We loved these brownies and they were very simple to make. The chocolate chips in the mix are wonderful. The serving size is small, and I challenge anyone to eat only one!

I throughly enjoy the chocolate chip cookies. Sometimes I add two teaspoons of Hershey's Cocoa just to give it that extra chocolate taste.

The chocolate chip cookies have a soft chewy texture like the real thing aaaan you can eat the dough. My husband nearly ate the whole batch at once. The peanut butter cookies are in some ways even better. The texture is better. You have to let these cookies cool for a while though.

Wow, I'm very impressed with these! Very nice flavor. The batch I made came out with a very soft texture, but I don't care. Gotta love great tasting low-carb cookies! Be aware however that the nutritional information listed here is incorrect. The recipe has you add egg and butter and neither of those are factored into the nutritional information listed here. So it's actually fairly high in fat and calories, but the carbs are still low.

I love these cookies. I have to hide them from my family. I get a mini muffin pan and put a small scoop in each muffin hole, I bake it and take them out and place sugar free mini reese's cups in the middle of them right away before they have time to cool. Another tip is to add the carb free peanut flavoring if you like. The cookies are good alone too but the peanut butter cup helps with the dryness. Remember the sugar free peanut butter cups have Sugar alcohols, so eating to many may upset your stomach.
