This is a great product!!! It's difficult to find in local stores, so I'm glad Netrition is now carrying it. Low in net carbs (4g per pita) and calories (60 per pita) without compromising taste or serving size--each pita is at least as large as any regular pita bread on the market. (It is a thin pita bread, however, but it can still be split open and filled with tuna or egg salad for a low carb meal). The bread is incredibly soft. It freezes well too, so you could stock-up and toss some in the freezer to have on hand for later. If you're looking for a low carb bread product--I'd recommend this one.

This bread is wonderful. We also tried the other Low Carb pita bread available on this site and this is much, much better.

Best pita I have found for Lo-Carb. Only 4 net carbs for 1 large slice (compared to 7 for other products). Better taste than others. Great to use for Pita Chips with Hummus: cut into small wedges, spread on alum foil or toaster oven tray sprayed with a little PAM. Toast until crisp - very good!!

Better than Toufayan. Joseph's has somehow succeeded in greatly reducing that low-carb tang that these types of breads have. Excellent!

We tried two other popular brands of Pita bread and tortilla wraps and thought they were good because we were so excited to get to have anything resembling bread. Then I discovered Joseph's Middle East Bakery. Wow! These are by far the very best low carb "breads" one can buy! I have to order and order these! You'll love them too!

To die for! Coat the tortilla with a bit of olive oil on both sides, then "fry" on both sides in a pan or in the oven. The tortilla will puff up like a papadum. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside., Or, after oiling, fill with desired filling (I like capicola and cheese) fold in half and pan grill. These people know how to bake!

These are delicious! Unlike other low-carb tortillas that taste like cardboard, these have a wonderful taste and texture. I would eat them even if I wasn't on a low carb diet.

These tortillas have great flavor and are a nice size for sandwich wraps. They make good quesadillas too which my family loves. I even make a "sort-of" grilled ham & cheese with them, which we all love too.

I actually purchased this product at my local Wal Mart, and it's great! Very large slices, perfectly flexible for wrapping and rolling, great flavor. They aren't stocking them anymore at the WalMart, and I'm stoked they're here.

These are SOOOO good! They are nice and soft, have good flavor, and don't fall apart. They are the best low carb flat bread I have tasted.

These are awesome! Not just great for sandwiches (which is a Godsend!)- but I bake them up and make incredible crackers out of them, too (375 degrees for about 10 minutes, then leave in the oven to cool. I make sweet or savory: for sweet, I soak them in a flavored DaVinci syrup first, for savory- spritz with olive oil and sprinkle with spices of your choice)- just line your pan- or they WILL stick. Plus, have used them as the 'crust' for a low carb pot-pie. As a Type-2 diabetic, I'm always searching for versatile low carb products that don't spike my sugars- and this bread fitst the bill perfectly. I'd rate it 10 stars if I could!!!

This is wonderful wrap and has an excellent flavor, and unlike some low-carb torillas/wraps, I can't detect any strange aftertastes. Perfect for making roll-ups, and I especially like it with tuna salad. Try their pita bread also.

These are absolutely delicious, and better than any wrap, tortilla, or other low-carb bread on the market. They are moist, flavorful, and don't taste anything like cardboard! CAREFUL: One whole slice is 8 carbs, so I cut mine down into halves. A pizza cutter works awesome. I freeze them and then thaw them too. Just terrific.
