This is a great product!!! It's difficult to find in local stores, so I'm glad Netrition is now carrying it. Low in net carbs (4g per pita) and calories (60 per pita) without compromising taste or serving size--each pita is at least as large as any regular pita bread on the market. (It is a thin pita bread, however, but it can still be split open and filled with tuna or egg salad for a low carb meal). The bread is incredibly soft. It freezes well too, so you could stock-up and toss some in the freezer to have on hand for later. If you're looking for a low carb bread product--I'd recommend this one.

Absolutely awesome!! We use these pitas for everything on our low carb plan. Our favorite was when we used them for pizza crust; they crisp up so nicely and no one would ever know they were eating a low car pizza crust! We make chips with them, toast them to eat as a toast substitute, use them as taco shells, stuff them with sugar free peach jelly and cinnamon and bake as a peach pie........the options are limitless!! Yummy!

This bread is wonderful. We also tried the other Low Carb pita bread available on this site and this is much, much better.

Love these pita breads! Great tasting and use them for a variety of meals from pizza, to stuffed breakfast pockets with scrambled eggs and ham. They hold up well and my kid's even like the way they taste!

| This product is an absolute must have staple in my low carb kitchen! I have used them in many different ways for mini pizzas, wraps and paninis (I have a panini press that I was dying to use).
For the mini pizzas, I set my oven to 350 degrees and brush the pita on both sides and garlic infused oil, put it on a cookie sheet in the oven until it is crisp like a cracker, take it out, cover it with slices of provolone cheese, then tomato sauce (cheese barrier helps keep crust crispy) and favorite toppings, pop back in oven until cheese is bubbly. I'm a big fan of a thin crispy crust pizza and this fits the bill! Very satisfying:) I make white pizzas as well with smoked chicken...easy and delish!
These pitas have replaced bread for me and are a wonderful substitute. I highly recommend them as a bread replacement. I'm thinking about baking some off in the oven until crispy (no oil) and pop in the food processor to make a type of panko crumbs for breading. If you order these you won't be disappointed! Enjoy:) |

I absolutely love the Reduced Carb Tortillas - they have an excellent flavor with very healthy and natural ingredients. Many low carb tortillas are filled with chemicals with very little nutritional value. Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran, & Whole Wheat Tortillas are nutritionally sound with a respectable amount of protein in them. I'm very impressed with this product and highly recommend them!

To die for! Coat the tortilla with a bit of olive oil on both sides, then "fry" on both sides in a pan or in the oven. The tortilla will puff up like a papadum. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside., Or, after oiling, fill with desired filling (I like capicola and cheese) fold in half and pan grill. These people know how to bake!

Delicious! I use them for low-carb pizza. I just heat them in a 300 degree oven for 5 minutes, then put sauce and cheese, etc., and bake for 10-15 minutes at 300 degrees. I eat them for snacks too. Best tasting tortilla I ever had. 5g of net carbs and 70 calories.

These are wonderful! Great taste and a bit larger than other tortillas. While I enjoy both brands of tortillas this one is better for things like a large burrito when you may want extra room for sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes etc.

I picked these up on a whim. They are so good I could not believe it. And I am not an organic eater - I'm on week 2 of induction. These are so good I've eaten them repeatedly. A winner!

These are awesome! Not just great for sandwiches (which is a Godsend!)- but I bake them up and make incredible crackers out of them, too (375 degrees for about 10 minutes, then leave in the oven to cool. I make sweet or savory: for sweet, I soak them in a flavored DaVinci syrup first, for savory- spritz with olive oil and sprinkle with spices of your choice)- just line your pan- or they WILL stick. Plus, have used them as the 'crust' for a low carb pot-pie. As a Type-2 diabetic, I'm always searching for versatile low carb products that don't spike my sugars- and this bread fitst the bill perfectly. I'd rate it 10 stars if I could!!!

I actually purchased this product at my local Wal Mart, and it's great! Very large slices, perfectly flexible for wrapping and rolling, great flavor. They aren't stocking them anymore at the WalMart, and I'm stoked they're here.

Absolutely the best low carb pita & flat bread on the market. For years I had my daughter buy it by the case for me in New York. Makes great pizza, toast them for dipping, etc. There's no funky taste at all. I prefer them over other drier, less tasty pitas.

This is wonderful wrap and has an excellent flavor, and unlike some low-carb torillas/wraps, I can't detect any strange aftertastes. Perfect for making roll-ups, and I especially like it with tuna salad. Try their pita bread also.
