| This product is much appreciated when one is on the Atkins 1000 calorie fat fast :). It's flavor is pretty neutral (yet refreshing) but lighter than heavy cream, but for 10 calories per tablespoon and no carbs--and once you've mixed it into whatever it is you choose--one can hardly make a distinction. The consistency/appearance differs more from heavy cream--it is more of a blue-ish gray hue and is a lot thicker, but, like cream, gets thinner if it's heated. I'm telling you though, BUY THIS PRODUCT! Even if my description concerns you, when you actually try it you'll wonder how you ever got along without it. The options for this are many:
use one part Mimicreme to one part heavy cream in Dixie Diner's Mousse Mix (makes the mousse around 135 cals as opposed to over 200 for a 1/2 cup); use 1 teaspoon butter(or none at all) with 2 or 3 tsp mimicreme for an alfredo sauce/ or sweeten with erythritol and use to enhance the Cinnamunch pork rinds by Flax-Z-Snax; add to Walden Farms zero-calorie products to make them more satisfying and "fatty" (esp. the peanut spread--mimicreme makes it divine!);
-Mocha-coffee drink with mmc and water, erythritol, and unsweetened cocoa;
-"Ice cream" with Walden Farms marshmallow dip, mmc, a little heavy cream, sweetener, vanilla extract, and marscapone. Enjoy! |

| I have been looking for a healthier alternative to 1/2 and 1/2, which I am guilty of using too much of. This product met my expectations. It is creamy and has the consistency of heavy cream. It should be shaken every time it is used to mix any particles that have fallen to the bottom. It mixes well in coffee. It may look curdled when you first pour it in but will disappear when stirred. I also pour it on my cereal. It has a grayish hue; to be expected from a natural product. I love it! |

| Creamy, nutty, buttery, goodness. Much thicker than regular cream and Almond Milk and only 10 calories for 1 tbsp of the unsweetened. I use it in soups, sauces, ICE CREAM!!, chai tea, etc. Give it a go! |

| OMG, I just made ice cream with this, and FINALLY, something WITHOUT animal fat with 80% less calories than heavy cream, which taste FABULOUS, and I mean, I can't taste the difference from full fat ice cream. Now I made a custard based recipe with 3 eggs, & a full cup of good quality cocoa.
I've read the reviews about: "blue color" & "lumpy/chunky consistency". I shook the package as directed and opened it, and tried it for the first time by the spoonful. It was NOT blue, NOR was it lumpy. Mine was a very light off white, which I would expect since it's nut base. But the texture & flavor is incredible is smooth and yummy.
Give it a try, all you have to lose is the animal fat & about 80% of the calories. You won't be disappointed. |

| On a visual scale it looks pretty scary BUT it tastes wonderful. Have been using soy milk -- and half & half when I cheat. But his tastes so GREAT I won't have to cheat again. Love it. |

| I have been looking for this product for the past fifteen years!!! I am lactose intolerant but I need creamer in my coffee, and giving up my coffee is not an option, so I tried the usual brands of non-dairy creamer. I wasn't happy with the trans fats in most of them (read the labels)and finally settled on a brand I liked that didn't contain trans fats. But last week my doctor asked me to do a three week dairy free elimination trial to see if I may be allergic to dairy, and to my surprise, my favorite non-dairy creamers and products contained DAIRY!!!! (caseinate) My doctor also wants me to avoid soy products, and I really haven't liked the taste of the coconut creamers I've found. Almond milk is drinkable in coffee, but not something I really enjoy. So I looked online again for the millionth time for a suitable alternative and found this product. Unfortunately it is sold out online everywhere right now, (manufacturer is out of stock) but I was lucky enough to find it at my local Stop & Shop yesterday! I tried it when I got home and I am so happy I found this product! I bought the unsweetened regular, and it tastes much more like regular non-dairy creamer than anything else I've found. I'm so happy I can enjoy my coffee guilt-free now! I signed up to be notified by Netrition when it comes back in stock, so I know I'll have a reliable source! |

| Good alternative to regular creamer. But because it is very thick, I mix it 50/50 with table cream. Very good! |

| I was looking for an alternative to regular creamers for my coffee(gluten and dairy free). Tastes pretty good and will continue using. |

| This doesn't take the place of creamer/cream for coffee. I was looking for an alternative to heavy whipping cream but this won't do it for me. It doesn't lighten the coffee and detracts from the flavor of coffee. |

| Absolutely delicious! It whips up beautifully into a light, creamy, topping that tastes like dairy whipped cream--but better. I have even used this to create vegan frosting and piped it onto vegan treats to create pretty designs. It can be flavored with maple, vanilla, or whatever your heart desires. It keeps well in the fridge, too. Just make sure to chill it before whipping, and keep at it for a bit. It takes a few minutes to really "whip" up. |

| This is an incredible product. So healthy and in my opinion it's much better than any whip cream on the market, diet or not. It's very rich and smooth with absolutely no aftertaste and that's because, unlike most products out there, there are no nasty chemicals in there to ruin the taste! Highly recommended. |

| Wow, love this stuff! Whips up nicely, into a rich firm topping. Richer than dairy cream, tastes great. Wonderful on pies, cakes, etc. I find myself stealing spoonfuls directly from the bowl. |

| I have loved this product for a year and a half now. However, my latest batch arrived this week and it is very noticeably less concentrated than the previous ones. The nutritional info has not changed so was this a badly QA'd batch or has Green Rabbit changed the formula? I hope not the latter. |
