This product was awesome! I am new to watching my calories, fat, and carbs as a recently diagnosed diabetic and a person trying to lose weight. I bought a box of 10 to try, and my son who loves Slim Jim's, liked these more. The BBQ flavor is so tasty! I took a few to work for friends who are also watching what they eat to try, and of the six people who tried them, they all liked them a lot. I just ordered 4 more 10 packs.

Have tried them all. Great snack with high protein low fat content. Natural flavor is best in my opinion. Pepper is a bit too peppery and BBQ a little too sweet for my taste. I carry them in my work bag and golf bag.
I just love the Beef Teriyaki. A lot of protein for a small portion. These are sooooo much better than the regular beef sticks, because there is no greasy residue on the roof of you mouth. I've had a gastric bypass 6 yrs ago, and keep one of these in my purse and one in my gym bag for a quick filling snack. The spicy pepper one is really spicy. I used to be able to eat really hot things, but this doesn't sit well. The Barbecue flavor is ok if you like BBQ, but I will stick with my Teriyaki.

I love this product! They are delicious, contain little fat and are perfect for a snack on the run. I'm a total "slim jim" fan but like these even more and have made converts of many friends and family members. And Netrition's price is the best I've found ANYWHERE. My favorite flavor is the "Natural" flavor but I also enjoy Barbecue and Teriyaki. THANK YOU Netrition, for offering these yummy treats at such a great price!
I was happily surprised with how much jerkee I got in just one package. It's a perfect protein snack, especially since I am an athlete and try to stay away from sugars and refined/processed foods. It's also perfect if you're traveling on an airplane and don't want to eat the sugary and fatty airplane snacks. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I Love these. I've lost 100 pounds and these are in my arsenal of standby snacks to go to when in a pinch. My husband and son like them too. Along with a few veggies, these make the perfect snack.

If you liked "Slim Jims" as a kid, but wished they were bigger and meatier and less fatty, then you'll love Ostrim's Jerky. I love the Pepper flavor. The Teriyaki wasn't as good, although still very tasty. I find the Jerky filling and satisfying. I have lost 94 lbs. this year and my Ostrim Jerky was instrumental in my achieving this. I do Pet Sitting and am constantly on the run. I can pop one of these babies in my purse and I'm good to go! I defy anyone to be able to tell this is made from ostrich and not the usual "Slim Jim" meat! What a great product!The best part of purchasing it from Netrition is that I don't have to pay $20.00 a box anymore.
I tried these because I was tired of the barbecue / teriyaki / pepper flavors of most jerky and sticks. I love both flavors. They complement the turkey very well. I would give 5 stars except the maple brown sugar has too much sugar for me.
First let me say I love the original Ostrim sticks. However, I wanted to try the natural turkey because they didnt have the nitrites that the original ones had. I got them today and tried one. Sadly, I took one bite and had to toss it. The taste, the texture...was just not good. I gave it 2 stars because it didn't make me gag. Not sure what I'll do with the other 9 sticks. Crossing my fingers my husband likes them, but I don't have high hopes :(
