Very chocolatey, moist, rich, dense, no funny aftertaste. All too easy to eat more than one. If you have self control, order a box and appreciate the fact they are fairly high in protein as well. If, like me, one can easily turn into two or three, watch out. These things are deadly. They easily surpass every other Chef J experience I've had (and I still love the cookies, and loved the bars in their original recipe).
