Customs Contact Information
To help our customers, we will try to maintain a list of phone numbers
and/or addresses of Customs or other regulatory officials for various countries so you can check
on the legality of importing our products into your country.
Please help us to maintain this list. If you have any contact information or
see any errors, please let us know. If you have found better
contact information or have a list of banned products, again, please let us know and we will
update the table.
This list is by no means authoritative or complete. It is simply here to get you
started in finding out what you can legally import.

We do not offer UPS Candard Standard Ground because
Canadian customers are charged large brokerage fees for Ground service.
Brokerage fees are waived for Express delivery. So with the elimination
of the brokerage fee and the large discount we offer off of standard rates,
you will receive your package in less time for the same
amount of money.

Comments from a customer:
After I made an order to you guys, I received a letter from
Portuguese Customs asking me to send them a letter from Infarmed
(Portuguese FDA) allowing me to receive this supplements or send them a
medical prescription with the items I had ordered (Hydroxycut, Nortesten
and Acetabolan). I got a medical prescription for the three supplements
so after I send them I got my supplements.
Also for your information, all packages saying Food Supplements are
charged 15,2% Importing Tax + 17% VAT.
If the package comes with a label saying Medicines they charge only
the 17% VAT.

Comments from a customer:
I made a first order on April 1 (177$) and had it
delivered by airmail and normal post-
delivery: I only recieved the package
today (July 15)!! And had to pay
35Euros taxes!! I know Netrition is not
responsible for this at all!! At the
post-office they told me this was a
normal retardation! Now, and this is
very important, I made a second order
on July 10 (150$) USING UPS Worldwide
Express and it arrived yesterday (July
14), so even before the first package!!
And even better: I did not have to pay
any import taxes! Concluding: bottom
line is: if you order out of Belgium
(and maybe other European countries as
well) use UPS (or maybe FedEx). It may
be some $ more to order, but it is MUCH
(3 days instead of 3 months!) QUICKER
and CHEAPER in the end (no import taxes!).
Caution: Your experience may differ from this one.
