I have taken about 15 lbs of this supplement over the past 12 weeks and feel like I've definitely absorbed the protein. It mixes completely with ambient temp or cold water when shaken in small container and tastes good (Vanilla & Chocolate). It foams a little when mixed with Crystal Lite.
All powder proteins up to this one put me on the toilet quite a bit and created gas but the CytoSport product does not affect me that way. My consumption has been as high as 264 gm/day for 4 weeks without gastric problems. My current consumption is 132 gm / day.

I just bought the 10 lb Vanilla Bean Complete Whey from CytoSport. I cannot tell you about results yet, but what I can tell you about is what I have noticed immediately. I have tried other protein powders. Unless they are loaded with sugars and fat, they are pretty nasty. Most powders also clump really bad. What I have noticed immediately with CytoSport is that the Vanilla actually does taste good and I have noticed absolutely no clumps when mixing it in my shaker. I have been mixing 2 scoops with about 8 oz of water. I bought the 10lb supply when it was much less expensive on here just a couple weeks ago. Now I only wish I would have purchased more. Again, I cannot tell you about results yet, but for a good tasting easy to mix protein supplement, this is a good way to go.
