I'm 44 and have trained all my life and would contract a cold/sinus infection about 3-4 items each year due to germs form the gym. After speaking to a nutritionist, I began using Daily One and probably suffer one minor cold a year. Twice I have forgotten my vitamins on vacation and came down with a cold within 3 days. It works! The list of daily vitamins and minerals needed is totally within the capsule. You need nothing else. I'd rather take this that not; also rather take this product than 3rd party products. I can feel the difference when I switch to a generic brand, or forget to take a multi all together.
