As a diabetic I'm always hunting for low-carb products that let me enjoy a wider variety of foods. This is a flavorful meat loaf mix with mild seasoning and an excellent texture. Tried it for the first time today, followed the package directions as written and got perfect results using 1.5 lbs. of ground beef. (I think 2 lbs. of meat would work well, too, because the mix is quite generous.) My only addition was two tablespoons of dehydrated onion. Next time I also might add half a teaspoon of salt.
