I had high hopes when I was making this. It looked good! Wow we could not wait. Then took the first bite...almost no flavor at all. Certainly not sweet. If I try this again I would double the splenda and replace all water with lemon juice.
Given that the Dixie Carb Counters Fudge was really good, and their brownies ok; I tried this. My wife made this exactly as the instructions said, and she is a good cook. The meringue topping and the crust came out great, but the filling is a liquid goo. I tried using a big spoon, but it has the consistency of water; and it doesn't taste very good at all. Yuck! I will order more of their fudge (yummy!), and we have another brownie mix to try before I give that a final review, but I would never waste my money on this again.

You will need 4 eggs, 6 tablespoons of softened butter, 3 tablespoons cream and non-stick cooking spray.
