This stuff is micronized so it dissolves quickly and easily into just about any drink.Sometimes I just pop a spoonful in my mouth and wash it down with some water or juice, it's that fine a powder. No sandy, gritty feeling in your mouth after taking it that way. It's also one of the less expensive creatine options available.
