I like blending it with ice and a little sweetener, and it's great knowing the blend of proteins will stay with my for a long time. Just a small amount,and blend it with ice in the blender.. it is very good that way. Sometimes I add a bit of almond butter. That makes it creamy and really delicious. I added 4 iced cubes and that seemed to break them up. You can blend, but this defeats the purpose of convenience. The protein in it is wonderful.
