Both are a great substitute for full fat peanut butter, without all the fat and calories. I especially love the chunky mix, and when mixed with a pinch of salt and a little Splenda (or whatever sweetener you like), it actually tastes very close to regular, natural peanut butter. The regular mix has a slightly more bitter taste than the chunky, so I will purchase just the chunky version from now on. All in all, great product!
