| I have been using this product for about a year. I started using it because I was diagnosed with Candida, and it has been proven to kill the yeast. It's the perfect sweetener. Do not use this product if you are on a low carb diet as it will take you out of ketosis. You also have to add it gradually into your diet. Taking too much of it at the start will give you the laxative affects. It's almost as sweet as sugar is. I usually add just a touch more Xylitol than sugar. | I used the granulated Xylitol in a lowfat lemon cheesecake.
WOW!!!! The sweetness was comparable to that of sugar.
It satisfied this type 2 diabetic's sweet tooth.
Also my children did not even know it was not "the real thing". I ordered a second jar to have it on hand for the holidays. |

| My husband and I have been using this product for several months and have cut down on our Splenda use considerably. I was told that 1 cup of Xylitol vs Splenda cuts out 12 carbs out of recipes. We are now ordering our 3rd order and are pleased to hear of the other benefits using it provides. We use it in coffee, on our steel cut oatmeal and in recipes. |

| This is the best natural sweetener I have used. And I have used many sweeteners...nutrasweet, splenda, stevia, sweet and low. Xylitol has NO aftertaste, and can be used in place of sugar. I also use it in cooking, baking, in tea, and on my cereal with some cinnamon. It is wonderful, and I love that it is natural and I can let my three year old have some of it too, unlike the nutrasweet, etc. It does warn of a laxative effect, but in my opinion you have to eat a LOT of it to get to that point. So don't let that scare you into not trying it. If using it to bake/cook with, use less than the sugar called for. I found it to be sweeter than sugar, so less of it was needed. |
