I used to get sick at least once or twice a year, but with vitamins, and using this, I haven't even had a cold in 4 years. I know you may think the healthy bacteria doesn't play a role in this, but I don't have time for exercise either, but again by using this and doing my daily routine I have lost about 12 lbs in less than six months.
