I've tried many protein and meal replacement powders and this is BY FAR the best and most amazing protein powder I've come across yet. The chocolate powder blended with some cold milk and ice has an awesome taste which I find to be even better than any brand of chocolate milk or chocolate shake. I use half the recommended serving size in milk as a post-workout meal. As I am now 40, I have to cut back my caloric intake versus my younger years when I could drink 3 full servings a day and barely put on a single pound. Also good when you want something sweet with no empty calories. I recommend you use 2 scoops in 8 to 12 oz instead of the heavy calorie version. That will just make you fat.
