This product has changed my life.
I had about 50lbs to lose post baby and am about halfway there thanks to PPS.
My weight is mostly around the middle and protein helps so much with that, but it just isn't realistic or healthy for me to get that protein from animal fat or messing with a blender every morning(besides I would much rather save those carbs from a shake for more veggies and fruit).
Every morning I just pop the top and drink one within about a half hour of waking. I can feel my body waking up and am more motivated to work out longer and harder.
It has to be part of the total regimen, and I only lost about 2 lbs a month, but in another year that will translate to my goal weight. I am sure you could work out more and eat less and lose even more weight with it but this pace has worked great for me without too drastic of a change in my already healthy diet and room to indulge in a few good treats a week.
The only con is it is too expensive at reg retail, but if I can get a BOGO from netrition...completely reasonable.
While it's a good, fast and easy protein, it just tastes BAD.
Compared to the IDS New Whey 42 g and the 40g protein bullets, it is just terrible.
My wife made ME drink all the rest of the 24 I got on a 2 for 1 sale after she tasted one of them.
If you just shoot it and don't taste it, and it's on a 2 for 1 special, go for it, but if you value taste, you'll be unhappy.
I like ISS products, just not this one.
