This is soooo yummy on top of low carb ice cream. I can't keep enough of it on hand. We love all the flavors - Raspberry being my personal favorite. I'd recommend it in a second!
I have been eating the Jok n Al product range for nearly 2 years now.
I have found all of their products to be of the highest quality and taste. That's real fruit, real flavour! None of that nasty artificial flavouring!!
Specifically the fruit toppings are absolutely delightful. It's hard for me to recommend one over the other as they are all scrumptuous.
Some of my favourite uses are the obvious poured over vanilla ice cream, but also try them with (or without!) a little cream over some fresh fruit, cream cheese muffins, swirled in a baked cheesecake, or of course you can't go past a traditional pavlova with passionfruit sauce! mm mmmm
P.S I highly recommend the Sweet Chilli Sauce and pickles!
The Raspberry Sauce is delicious! I can't get enough of it on Low Carb Vanilla Ice Cream with whip cream. It makes the best Low Carb raspberry sundae ever!

Creamy Fruit Mouse (an original Jok'n'Al recipe)
4 servings
1 cup low fat unsweetened yogurt
1½ cups JoknAl Topping or 1 cup JoknAl Fruit Spread - flavor of your choice
2 teaspoons gelatine (for Topping) or 1 teaspoon gelatine (for Fruit Spread)
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon lemon juice (to taste)
Method:
Combine yogurt and Topping or if using JoknAl Fruit Spread, heatJoknAl Fruit Spread over low heat until melted,
then combine with yogurt. Dissolve gelatine over low heat with
1-2 tablespoons water. When thoroughly dissolved, mix into
yogurt mixture. Fold in egg whites, which have been beaten until
soft peaks form. Add lemon juice. Pour into bowl or individual
glasses. Serve with crisp dessert biscuits or wafers, low fat
dairy whip or whipped cream if liked.
Fruit and Bran Muffins (an original Jok'n'Al recipe)
12 muffins
Sift together:
1 cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Add and mix lightly to just combine:
1 cup non-fat milk
2 beaten eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Spoon some mixture into greased or
non-stick muffin tins (about 1/3 full), Pour some (about 1
tablespoon) JoknAl Topping (flavor of your choice) into
center avoiding it reaching the sides. Carefully spoon more
muffin mix around Topping (no need to cover center). Tin should
be approximately 2/3 full. Bake in pre-heated oven 400°F
(200°C) 10-12 minutes.
