Just mix with water and after it's heated add a little half and half to get a creamy texture. If you're into sweetness, add splenda and this with keep you full for hours and keep your intestines happy. I have tried many cereals, I think this one is the best. I think other people need to remember this is low carb made from flax not the sugar packed stuff they are used to. Was this review helpful to you?
