I don't care for these out of the box as a snack, low-carb or not. I use them for cooking. Try rubbing a mayonnaise on chicken breasts the roll the breast in crushed bacon curls then bake for 30 minutess in a 350 oven. Easy and good!

Lowrey's Bacon Curls for the microwave are fantastic. When I fix them at work, I have to guard the dish against marauders! We used to be able to find them in the local stores or grocery warehouses, but not anymore. It's much easier to order them through Netrition. They're the best!
