I did not care for this product. The smell and taste were not pleasant and it made the back of my hands and face itch. I noticed only a nominal difference during my workout. I like the SuperPump250 much better

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving with 6-8 oz. of water twice daily on training days and once daily on non-training days. FIGURE FUEL™ is best used prior to and during exercise.
