With those cycles I have done separate types of training with each use. I got great results with NO2 both times while taking it for 30 days and 50 days. With the increased aerobic or plyometric training I received better pumps as compared to the weight training alone. For one of the cycles I only used 3 caplets twice a day (6 total) and still saw great results. I also stacked it with a Creatine Monohydrate product - which delayed fatigue and increased my anaerobic endurance to an solid extent. If you also wanted better recovery I found that the Creatine/NO2 helped more than any other product stack has.
