Digest-ALL is a full spectrum plant grade enzyme formulation. It is a powerful combination of proteases, carbohydrases, lipase and cellulase (gas relief). When we eat a meal, the requirements for Digestive Enzymes become a high priority. Its well know that our digestive enzyme production decreases with age but many large meals can cause our body's enzyme making machinery to work overtime and often is still unable to produce and meet the demand for complete digestion. Digestion is the physiological process of rendering the food we eat into the beneficial nutrients our body needs. Digest-ALL contains 3 proteases from non-animal sources that are active in a wide pH range of 3 to 9 at body temperature and in the presence of moisture. Proteases can hydrolyze protein to various amino acids.

Performance or strength of enzyme activities are measured in the laboratory using compendial methodologies. Digest-ALL provides enough active amylase to assist in the digestion of 30 potatoes, 9 ounces protein and 60 grams of fat. June 19, 2008 Reviewer: A customer in South Carolina Been a customer for almost ten years and this is my first review. This stuff WORKS for gas. I was having the type that starts out as funny then becomes a nuisance and then becomes downright embarrassing and aggravating to those who have to be around you. Two pills twice a day before meals and mine has been cut 95% with no other changes to diet or supplementation. My reflux seems to be better as well.
