The customer service department is available 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST Monday-Thursday and 8:30 am - 4 pm EST Friday. At this time we are unable to sell gift certificates online. Online purchase of gift certificates is planned for the future. Gift certificates can be purchased in amounts of $10, $25, $50, $100 or $250. Netrition.com gift certificates must be redeemed by placing your order by phone. You can redeem your Netrition.com gift certificate by calling 888-817-2411 in the United States and Canada. Customers outside the United States and Canada must call 518-464-0765. Gift certificates expire two years from the certificate's Date of Issue. Gift certificates must be used on or before the Expiration Date as printed on the gift certificate. (Expiration Date is valid only where allowed by law.) Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift certificates or any unused gift certificate balance is not transferable. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent. Netrition.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or gift certificate numbers. Please protect the gift certificate number like you would a credit card number. Netrition.com will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed at Netrition.com.
