I agree with Julie... this is a great treat for yourself! I am the only one at my house doing the low-carb diet, so one box was enough for me to try a variety of different products. I got the baking box, and WOW!!! So many goodies, and all allowed on my diet! I love this set, and would encourage Netrition to put together some more... such as an Italian food lover's box... pastas, sauces, pizza mixes, bread stick mixes (if there's any such thing), etc. Or other gift boxes. It is a great way to sample a bunch of different products in a category a low-carber might be really missing. :) Definitely recommend a box for yourself or a low-carbing friend!
