July 02, 2009 Reviewer: THANASIS in Greece It relieved me from allergic rhinitis! One hour after taking it I feel my nose open and I have a good sleep! On heavy periods I take 1 pill twice daily. It is the best product I have ever used for my allergic rhinitis problem. For me its better than quercetin. I don't know if it is as effective for other people as it is for me. I am very pleased with the results. While taking Butterbur regularly, I definitely notice a reduction in the frequency of my Migraines. I recently stopped taking the Butterbur, and after only a few weeks, the Migraines started coming more frequently again.
