If you are sensitive to the constipating effect of calcium, give this product a try. It is the only form of calcium I can safely take and I have tried them all.
I broke my leg last year (2007) and my Dr. wanted me to take Calcium/D to help with mending and general bone health. Other pills were sooo big, hard to swallow, and $$$. Then there's the question of effectiveness.
After reading notes and other reviews I tried Coral. Very easy to swallow gel caps and my Orthopod says the leg is mending nicely. I can't say there's an actual correspondence there, but the non-choking and the price tipped the scale and here I am again for a re-order.
