Omega 3 Fish Oil Liquid
This natural LEMON FLAVORED fish oil is molecularly distilled and manufactured in
Norway under strict quality control standards. It is screened for the
absence of potentially harmful levels of contaminants (i.e. mercury,
heavy metals, PCB's dioxins, and other contaminants).

Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid (EFA, also known as a polyunsaturated
fatty acid (PUFA)) that is derived from both animal and plant sources,
although Omega-3 from fish oil is the most common supplemental form.
Fatty acids are the basis of fats and oils, and, despite popular belief,
are necessary for overall health. These fatty acids are termed “essential”
because your body cannot manufacture them by itself. EFA’s must come from
food or supplemental sources. They are also essential because they are
a component of every living cell in the body, and are necessary for

| Excellent product: - Oil is less expensive than capsules. Just take a teaspoon after a meal. No need to swallow a large capsule. - Tastes fine. Lemon taste. - You get more fish oil per dollar and it's distilled to remove any chemicals. Try it, I've tried several brands since 1998 and always return to this brand from Netrition. |

| This stuff is delicious! It has no fish flavor whatsoever. It tastes nice and lemony, and you can even eat a spoonful of it. I mix it with an equal part rice vinegar and it makes a terrific salad dressing. Everybody should buy this. |

| I've been using this product for six months since I can't take statins or any prescription cholesterol meds. On my last doctor visit, my cholesterol and trigylcerides both dropped by about 20 points.
I'm going to continue taking it with my Dr.'s blessing and now i'm starting to eat better and exercise too. |
