When taken before your meals (not snacks) it helps you feel satisfied faster than food alone. It will not make you feel bloated or overly stuffed, either. On average, I have lost around 4 lbs. per week using this product and following a healthy eating lifestyle. This has been my motivation to keep going on the journey of weight loss!
