These are my favorite multi vitamins. I think they contain a great mix of vitamins and minerals without having too much of anything that could make you sick. I usually take one with my post-workout shake and have an ADAM multivitamin on off days. However, I'm considering just taking these from now on. These gel caps don't have any of that nasty aftertaste that most packed powder pills have. Plus the goods are suspended in healthy oils.
I've used these vitamins for about a year and find them to be very good. I like the liquid gel caps because hard tablet vitamins caused upset stomach and you have no idea how long it takes to dissolve. This is a great vitamin at a great price.
