I was iffy about taking a liquid multi, and I'm lowcarb and this has a few carbs. It tastes kind of like a liquid, more intense, sweet, baby-aspirin, that orangey taste. My kid wasn't sure how she felt about it but then decided she liked it and ended up taking it on her own rather than having to be nagged. I started taking this just after I started taking a quality vitamin D3 which really made a difference so I'm not sure what I can attribute to this liquid multi, but it tastes ok and I feel pretty good while taking it so I thought I would post a review.
I haven't found a liquid multi-vitamin yet that offers the vitamins and minerals this one does. I have been using it for over a month and love it. The taste isn't bad at all for a liquid vitamin.
Recommended Use: Shake well. As a dietary supplement, For Adults: take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 1 to 2 times daily with meals. For Children 4 years and older: take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 1 to 2 times daily with meals.
Warning: This product may contain insignificant amounts of naturally occurring iron present in colloidal minerals.
This product contains glycerine which is not a carbohydrate but has 4.32 calories per gram.
