I take 4 caps in the morning. It doesn't eliminate my appetite - what it does is reduce and control the appetite. There have been times when I have stopped taking Mega Hoodia for a few days and I immediately notice a major increase in my hunger level and appetite. This stuff works - especially when used with common sense eating habits and regular exercise. I haven't experienced any identifiable side effects. This is not a product for a "crash diet." The benefits are the low affordable price compared to other Hoodia brands & that it controls hunger for about 5-6 hours with 2 caps. It does make you feel full and makes it difficult to eat a large meal. The down side is you have to use it 2-3 times daily or the hunger will return. I take it twice a day and that works fine for me.
