MSM powder has a very bitter taste but I've gotten used to it. I take a heaping spoonful every morning and gun it down with some water. After a few weeks you get used to the taste. For those that cannot tolerate the taste then the capsules would be the obvious choice. The powders usually are lower in cost per unit of product. Plus with the powder you can take one, two, or more spoonfuls when you want vs having to take probably eight or more capsules to get the same amount. Was this review helpful to you?
